My Local Broadband LLC

1. Add this list template to your site collection's list templates
2. create a picture library called siteimages
3. in siteimages, create a folder called CardBackgrounds
4. Create a list called Acknowledgments from the list template
5. Open the list in SharePoint Designer
6. Reconfigure the gallery page (the data view web parts won't come through correctly.)  This process is described in the blog entry.
7. Create the workflows as described in the blog entry.
